Family breakdown often leads to parents experiencing problems relating to care and contact with their children. We look at each individual case and advise on the best course of action so that you can maintain family relationships. 3. Cohabitation Agreement and Disputes

If you’re thinking of setting up home with your partner then you need to think ahead. Relationships don’t always last a lifetime and it is important to define what is to happen if you split up from your partner, particularly in terms of financial arrangements.
